No. The conference will be held on site only

After completing the online application, please print out your Conference Ticket (QR code) or take a screenshot, and bring it with you to the venue.

Please re-download your Conference Ticket (QR code)  from "My Page."
If you have forgotten your My Page ID or password, you can reissue them at the bottom of the login page.

If you have forgotten the email address you used to register, please contact the Conference Management Team by email, as this is required in order to reissue your ID or password.

The conference will be held at Makuhari Messe, Japan.
Further details will be available in early September.

Yes, you can. Simultaneous AI interpretation is available for all the sessions that require pre-registration.
*Please ensure you bring your own earphones if you wish to use the audio interpretation.

There is no fixed deadline. However, the online application will close once capacity is reached.
Sessions marked as 'Fully Booked' on the website are no longer available.
If you are planning to attend specific sessions, we recommend that you apply as early as possible.

Entry to the venue will begin 30 minutes prior to the session.
Please note that this may vary depending on the session.
