Yes, online pre-registration is required for most sessions. Please ensure you register early, as places are limited and may fill up quickly.

*Please note that registration for the conference is separate from the Entry Badge registration for the exhibitions.

Please re-download your Conference Ticket (QR code)  from "My Page."
If you have forgotten your My Page ID or password, you can reissue them at the bottom of the login page.

If you have forgotten the email address you used to register, please contact the Conference Management Team by email, as this is required in order to reissue your ID or password.

Please ensure that you have registered for the conference.

If you have not received an email with the subject line: [Application Confirmation] World Smart Energy Week [September] 2025 Conference, or an email from [[email protected]], your registration for the conference may not have been completed.
